1About these terms
KeyGold.gg is operated by KEY GOLD PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202447225Z, with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #11-53, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 ("KeyGold", "we", "us").
Payment processing and merchant-of-record services are provided by GAMEBUY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, of 69 Aberdeen Avenue, Cambridge, England, CB2 8DL, United Kingdom. Your bank or card statement may show GAMEBUY LIMITED rather than KeyGold.
By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. Where a term here conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection in your country, that protection wins.
2Who can buy
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and be using your own payment method with permission.
- You must not be located in, or ordering on behalf of anyone in, a country or entity subject to sanctions that would make the sale unlawful.
- You buy as a consumer for personal use unless we have agreed a business arrangement in writing.
We may ask for proof of age or identity, and may cancel an order if we cannot verify it.
3Your account
- Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
- Keep your password confidential and do not let anyone else use your account.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
- One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to claim promotions, coupons or referral rewards more than once is not allowed.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to keep the service secure.
4What we sell
KeyGold sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically. We deliver in one of these ways:
| Method | How it works | What you provide |
|---|---|---|
| Direct top-up | We credit your game account using its public identifier. No password involved. | UID, player ID, Zone ID, server or region |
| Login top-up | We sign in to your game account and make the purchase inside it, so in-game bonuses such as first-purchase doubles apply as normal. | Login method, account email or username, password, and a verification code if the game asks for one |
| Codes and keys | We send a code you redeem yourself on the publisher's platform. | Nothing beyond a valid email address |
| Wallet credit | We add balance to your KeyGold wallet for use on future orders. | Nothing |
Login top-up carries risk. Some publishers prohibit sharing account credentials with third parties, and doing so may put your game account at risk of restriction. Choosing login top-up is your decision. Where direct top-up is available for the same product, we recommend it. See how we handle credentials in our Privacy Policy.
KeyGold is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we sell.
5Information you give us
Digital top-ups usually cannot be reversed once delivered. That makes the accuracy of the details you give us critical.
- Check your UID, server, region, character name and login details before you submit them.
- Tell us the correct server and region. Delivering to the wrong server is not something we can undo.
- For login top-up, disable two-step verification before ordering or be ready to send the code promptly, and do not log in to the game while we are fulfilling.
- Respond to requests from our support team. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund the order.
If delivery fails or goes to the wrong account because the information you gave was wrong or incomplete, we cannot refund the order. If you spot a mistake before we start fulfilling, contact us immediately and we will correct it if we still can.
6Prices, currency and tax
- Prices shown include any tax we are required to charge you, and the total payable is confirmed before you pay.
- We display prices in several currencies. The currency your payment provider charges in, and any conversion or cross-border fee it applies, is between you and them.
- We accept a range of international payment methods, including local payment options in many countries. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
- Prices and promotions can change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price for that order.
- If a price is obviously wrong — a pricing or currency error — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil at that price.
7Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order or begin fulfilling it, whichever is first. A payment confirmation alone is not acceptance.
Verification and risk checks
Orders go through automated and manual risk checks. We may:
- hold an order for review;
- ask you to verify your identity or your ownership of the payment method or the game account;
- decline or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of these terms.
If we cancel for these reasons and you have already paid, we refund in full to the original payment method. You can ask a person to review an automated decision — see our Privacy Policy.
8Delivery
Fulfilment starts once payment clears and any verification is complete. Each product page shows its own estimated delivery window — typically minutes for direct top-up and codes, and longer for login top-up.
Delivery can take longer than estimated when:
- the publisher's systems are down, in maintenance or rate-limiting purchases;
- your account needs a verification code we are waiting on from you;
- the order is under manual review;
- the game restricts how much can be topped up in a period.
If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, you can cancel and we will refund you in full. Where you are a consumer in the EEA or UK and we miss an agreed essential deadline, or fail to deliver after you set a further reasonable period, you may cancel and receive a refund without delay.
9Right of withdrawal
This section applies to consumers in the EEA, the United Kingdom and any country with equivalent rules.
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once we start supplying it, provided that:
- you gave express prior consent for supply to begin during the 14-day period; and
- you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once supply began.
Because top-ups are delivered immediately, we ask for that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Ticking the box means you lose the right to withdraw once fulfilment starts. If you do not tick it, we will not begin fulfilment until the 14-day period ends.
Before fulfilment starts, you can withdraw by telling us clearly — for example by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We refund within 14 days of being informed, to the original payment method.
Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or never delivered. Those rights are covered in section 11.
10Refunds and cancellation
Beyond your legal rights, we refund voluntarily in the situations below. Contact [email protected] with your order number within 30 days.
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Payment taken but nothing delivered | Full refund, or redelivery if you prefer |
| Duplicate charge for one order | Full refund of the duplicate |
| Wrong item or wrong amount delivered by us | We correct it, or refund the difference or the order |
| Order cancelled by us before fulfilment | Full refund |
| Delivery not possible within a reasonable time | Full refund |
| Correct product delivered as ordered, and you changed your mind | No refund, since the top-up cannot be reversed |
| Wrong UID, server or account details supplied by you | No refund |
| Publisher restricts or bans your account for reasons outside our control | No refund; we will give you what we know to support your appeal |
| Product bought by mistake, or unavailable in your region | No refund once delivered |
Refunds go to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, they can take up to 10 business days to appear. Where we agree, we may refund to your KeyGold wallet instead if you ask.
Coupons, points and promotional discounts used on a refunded order are returned to your account where the promotion allows it, not paid out as cash.
11If something goes wrong
Digital products we supply must match their description, be fit for purpose and work as a reasonable person would expect. If they do not, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law — typically repair or redelivery first, then a price reduction or a refund.
In the EEA these rights come from the Digital Content Directive as implemented locally, and in the UK from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Similar rights apply in Singapore, Australia, Brazil and many other markets. These rights are free, cannot be signed away, and sit on top of the voluntary policy above.
Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the problem and we will work through it with you.
12Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems — a delay, a wrong amount, a duplicate payment — are faster for us to fix directly, and we usually resolve them within one business day.
Nothing here removes your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider. But where a dispute is raised over an order that was delivered as ordered, we will submit our delivery evidence, and we may suspend your account and require the disputed amount to be settled before you order again. We may recover unpaid amounts and reasonable costs where the law allows.
13Wallet, points and rewards
- Wallet balance is store credit for use on KeyGold. It is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and is not transferable between accounts.
- Balance you added yourself can be refunded to your original payment method on request, subject to fraud checks and any legal limits.
- Promotional credit, points, coupons and VIP benefits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire under the rules shown on the relevant page.
- VIP levels are calculated from your spending over the period we publish. Levels and thresholds may change; we will give notice before a change reduces a benefit you already hold.
- We may cancel points, coupons or rewards obtained through abuse — duplicate accounts, fake reviews, self-referral or exploiting a bug.
- If your account closes, unused promotional credit is forfeited. Balance you paid for will be refunded to you.
14Rules of use
You agree not to:
- use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods;
- buy for resale without our written agreement, or use the service for money laundering or to move value;
- give us false information, or supply someone else's game account without their permission;
- abuse promotions, referrals or coupons, including through multiple accounts;
- scrape, crawl, reverse engineer or overload the site, or bypass our security and rate limits;
- harass our staff or other users, including in customer-service chat;
- use the service where doing so breaks the law that applies to you.
15Reviews and content you post
You keep ownership of reviews, comments and images you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content in connection with the service, including in marketing.
Post only content you have the right to post, that reflects a genuine experience, and that is not unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive. We do not pay for positive reviews and we do not delete negative ones for being negative.
If you think something on the site is illegal or infringes your rights, report it to [email protected] with the location, what is wrong and your contact details. We review reports, act where the report is justified, and tell you the outcome and how to challenge it.
16Intellectual property
The KeyGold name, logo, site design, text, graphics and software belong to KEY GOLD PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and appear here only to identify the products we sell.
17Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, commit fraud or abuse the platform, or if we are required to by law.
Unless we are prevented by law or an active fraud investigation, we will tell you the reason and give you a way to respond. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice and a different person will review it. Where we close your account, we refund any wallet balance you paid for, less amounts properly owed to us.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.
18Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for:
- loss caused by incorrect information you supplied;
- actions taken by a game publisher against your account, including restrictions, bans or clawbacks;
- changes a publisher makes to its products, prices, regions or account rules;
- outages, maintenance or errors on third-party platforms, payment networks or game servers;
- loss of profit, business or opportunity, where you are not buying as a consumer.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
19Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Start with us: email [email protected] and we will try to resolve the complaint within 14 days.
We do not currently commit to any alternative dispute resolution body. EU consumers can find certified dispute resolution entities through the European Commission's consumer redress pages or their national European Consumer Centre. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
20General terms
- Changes. We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or on-site notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
- Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for failures caused by events outside reasonable control, such as network outages, publisher shutdowns, natural disasters or government action.
- Assignment. We may transfer these terms as part of a business transfer, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your account without our agreement.
- Severability. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the details on each product page make up the whole agreement between us.
- Language. These terms are published in English. Translations are for convenience; where they conflict, the English version governs, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
